Is Frontpage 2003 compatible with the Paypal Purchase Button wizar

I installed the 2003 edition of Frontpage and am now struggling with the
Paypal Purchase wizard. I can add all the buttons I want, however, the first
one on the page is the only one that will work. The other buttons on the page
just go back to the Paypal homepage. I can go to my old computer and add
buttons without any problems using an older edition. Any suggestions on how
to fix this other than reverting to my old computer & older edition?

Make sure each form has a unique name in html/code view.
