Okay then, in a bit more words:
go to http://support.ati.com . You'll see a tree to the left of the screen.
There you can select "previous drivers and software" under: windows XP /
RADEON.
You'll have to register to get all the past driver releases.
That, or go to bugmenot.com and get a "stolen" username and password.
