IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal

Hoping someone has experience w/this - haven't been able to
find any info. When I start my computer - a blue screen
appears and the message "IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal" comes up
along with a few paragraphs saying that to protect windows
I'm getting this screen. I've started it in safe mode and
run Panda anti-virus but it can't find anything. Any ideas?
