IRQL_Not_less_or_equal Stop message during shut down

Hi,

Since this week my PC (XP Home edition) is suffering from a stop error
message during a shutdown (even during a shut down in Safe mode):

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Message 0x0000000A (0x00002DC, 0x000000FF , 0x00000000,0x804E3B58)

No hardware or software installation has been performed recently

Error message is displayed after 'saving setting' when shutting down

Need help!

I've been able to trace the problem....Easy Creator 5 .....after
uninstalling the software all problems were gone...
