IRQ Conflicts

When I network my computer to another computer I seem to
have the problem of my computer freezing all the time,
even when the computer starts-up. I have noticed that the
network card, modem and USB ports are all on the same IRQ.
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to change
it???

Here is what are all on IRQ 11:

SiS 900 PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter
SiS 7001 PCI to USB Open Host Controller
SiS 7001 PCI to USB Open Host Controller
HSP56 MR

Try moving the network card to a different slot. Odds are that the Video
card and NIC are having a battle over the the PCI bus and the hardware
interupt.
