I try using IRm on a doc in word 2003 and all I get is Can't verfiy the user. Please contact the admin. This is a home computer and not a business computer.

Please contact the admin. This is a home computer and not a business computer.IRM, used with specific user names, requires a server that takes care of the
administration and verification. Chances are, you aren't linking up to such a
server (and I don't know of any commercial sites like this on the Internet), so
Word can't apply that kind of protection.
