IRC_MINEH.A virus

PC-cillin recently found "IRC_MINEH.A" on its' weekly scan, but I've always
had Real-Time Scan running, covering all files created or downloaded!?
PC-cillin couldn't clean the file, but it did quarantine it. Can anyone
advise me of what this virus is, and what it may have done in the time
between creation and it being quarantined?

I'm not a user of Trend products, nor have I been to their website,
but I have found that most reputable AV companies have information
listed on their websites regarding particular viruses, their
charachteristics and how to remove them.

If nothing else, try McAfee's website.
