Outlook Express & PC-cillin 2002

I get sent a lot of funny e-mails that do the rounds from office to office.
A lot of these are Power Point Slideshow files (.PPS), and PC-cillin 2002
seems to quarantine all of these in Outlook Express even when they don't
contain anything malicious. My Real-Time Scan settings are set to *Clean
when virus found*, and then to *Quarantine un-cleanable files*. The only
secondary-action options available are *Deny Access*, *Rename*, *Quarantine*
and *Delete*. So why won't PC-cillin allow PPS files that don't contain
anything malicious?
