IR Remote sensor is non-responsive BRAND NEW.

I have Vista ultimate and my remote control sensor is not lighting up and not
working obviously. Yet everything tells me its in perfect working order.
Nothing is blocking it, and it worked fine for the first month..then nothing..

Mine stopped working after an eHome driver update around this time last
year. I had to change the frequency band the remote was using.

Instructions are for XP, but it worked for me using Vista.
