Here's an odd one... I have someone who keeps LOTS of instances of IE
running. He
uses new instances as a kind of short-term bookmark to remember places he
wants to
return to later. (I know, lots of problems with the model, but I'm not
arguing.)
He can consistantly get Windows XP, both Home and Pro, to hard-hang when he
creates
the 50th instance, or thereabouts, of IE.
Anyone have any clues on this one? Lots of RAM, swap space, and so on.
There's no
obvious reason for the crash.
Did a quite search of the KB for anything related, but came up dry.
Many thanks,
Leo
