Hi, I am running vista premium, and I am trying "vista firewall control" and
it seems to work ok, what I would like to know is what is IPv4 TCP which the
program is constantly blocking, and can it be deleted.
Thanks Brian.

Regarding ipv4, see if this link helps
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPv4

It's probably just telling you about particular packets that have been
dropped. I tried that control only briefly, but I'd check within it's
options. No, you wouldn't want to try and get rid of IPv4 TCP completely -
it's a vital part of surfing the net etc - but there may be a way to
configure the program for a less verbose output, if you're finding its
output excessive.

Otherwise have a read through its manual.
