IPSEC PolicyAgent Service: Ipsec Driver failed to start.

I am receiving this error when trying to start the IPSEC
Policy Agent. There is no error description given. Can
anyone Help in determining what the problem is.

If it is not a domain controller, you could try to reinstall tcp/ip on the computer.
Look in Event Viewer for any clues, make sure necessary and dependant services are
started, and run netdiag on the computer which may help pinpoint problem. --- Steve
