IPSec link not working with Cisco VPN Client 4.0.2 D

I need to use Cisco VPN Client 4.0.2 D to conect to my office but it does not
pass a message in the status bar saying: "Initializing the IPSec link..."
If I try to remove the client (uninstall), after a while I receive a message
in a window titled: Deterministic Network Enhancer with "Remove plugin
failed." After clicking in the ok, there is another message saying: Error
1722...problem with setup... and then reverts the desinstallation leaving
whatever was there. The MS Anti-Spy ware re-recognize the presence of the
application by displaying a green message.

I am also getting this error in a window before VPN Client opens.

"The necessary VPN sub-system is not available. You an not connect to the
remote VPN server."
Note: The same software is installed in some other's computer from the
office and it works, so it is not the version I have.

Any Idea?

I have installed wireless network with D-Link DWL G-122 also a SMC 2632,
running XP profesional with SP2

Thanks
