Computer freezes with Cisco VPN client

New Windows XP computer (Pentium 4) connected to ADSL can make connection
through Cisco VPN client. After a few minutes, however, computer freezes
completely. Only hard reset can make computer to get going again. This has
happened with different versions of the client (4.0.2, 4.6). Turning off
firewalls, virus program etc.
does not solve the problem. I have also updated my network card drivers and
this does not help either

On another XP computer (laptop) behind the same ADSL it works fine. I
suspect some hardware or driver problem. How can I find out?

The error log writes:

What could be happening?
