I know that you have no good reason to trust me, and most
people would not give out their IP's, but this is pretty
cool. Go to your "Start" menu and go to "Run". In the
text feild type in "net send TARGET.IP.NUMBER your
message". With this you can send a message to ANYONE with
XP as long as you know their IP number. If anyone is
brave enough, tell me your IP or at least tell me a free
way I can find out people's IP address.

Meritaje:

Several reasons why it will not work in some situations:

net send cmd uses UDP port 135:
Must users with a f/w will have that port blocked

Anyone behind a NAT-router would not see such an outside initiated inbound
packet.

This crap has been exploited, for over a year, now.

Just love when a 'newbie/wannabe' hacker discovers something that's old hat,
already.

Turn off your firewall and see how many SPAMMERS are already aware of
this. You really should cathup on the newsgroup meesages before
posting "New" tricks you find. There are hundreds of posts everyday
asking how to stop the spam they get from spammers using the exact
method you just described.
