ipod-where has the playlist gone/gone forever?

hi-really appreciate the messages re my last problem with the ipod not
syncing. Now I have another problem.
The ipod was still blinking not to disconnect so I did a search and
found something on youtube re resetting it. Reset it and now can
disconnect. From what I remember I think all the music is still on it,
but the playlists seem to be the default ones from itunes-can't see
any of our own-where have they gone and more worryingly have they gone
for good?! Hope this makes sense!thanks lots

Hi - if you completely reset your ipod the data that was on it is gone.

Note that this is a group for Windows XP issues - if you're having issues
with an iPod or iTunes, I suggest you find an Apple forum for help.
