ipod responding

i tried to plug in my ipod a while back and i accidently clicked the wrong
thing and now it wont even respond to my ipod....even when i installed the
sonftware and itunes....

Your description of your problem is not ringing any bells. How about a
general description of what you clicked on?

Has the iPod and its software ever worked correctly on this system? Have
you checked iPod support pages at all?
