Can convert videos to MP4 format,sync to Itunes and the Nano....However,the
Nano will no longer play these videos....Unit will shut down on attempt to
open the file...Tech at Itunes
says "we only guarantee the Itune Store downloads to work "..First I

Check the docs or manual that came with your Nano. What bitrates are you
using - are they compatible with your Nano ?

I suppose the iTune store has all its videos at one certain rate which ain't
the same as yours.
