IPC$

I have a three machine workgroup. Two machines are Win2k and one is a Win
98. The two win2k machines can share files ok. The win98 machine when trying
to connect gets a response asking for a password to access the drive of
\\name\IPC$. I have set no passwords on any machine.

Do the Windows 2000 PCs have a user created with the same name as the one
used to log onto the Windows 98 computer?
