Hello,

When a RAS client phones in the IP ROUTING - general - internal interface
get's an IP address from the defined scope and that IP address seems to
become MAster browser. This ruins the browsing capabilities of the local
clients.

Any tips on what is happening here?

Thank you

Disable netbios over TCP/IP on the RRAS interface. (This is a new form of
the old NT multihomed browser problem.) This requires a registry change.

To prevent Netbt on the RRAS interface.

Open Registry Editor.
Navigate to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services (continued next line)
\RemoteAccess\Parameters\Ip

Create a new REG_DWORD called DisableNetbiosOverTcpip
Set its value to 1
