with wich IP number , palm must comunicate with the PC where it is connected
on USB socket?
i hava db on that pc (pc is not network connected), and i must write a
connection string with his ip number
what must i use?
 
You can't specify an IP address to connect to when that machine doesn't have
an IP address. You must be connected to a network or install a loopback
network adapter.

..NET Compact Framework doesn't cover the PalmOS so your better off posing in
a PalmOS NG.
 
Is it Palm or Pocket PC?
Assuming it is Pocket PC, if pocket pc device is connected to PC via
Activesync use ppp_peer or 192.168.55.101 as IP in the connection
string.
