IP config corrupt

I am unable to access the internet d/t a corrupt IP config. My modem is
working correctly, their tech support told me it was the corrupt IP config
and I needed to fix this. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Open a command prompt...
Click Start | Click Run | Type: cmd | Click OK |
In the window that pops up, type: ipconfig and hit your Enter key
