IP addresses

Is a persons ip always the same.

I go on a forum i think one persons signed up twice i checked both ip,s but they are different but I'm sure its the same person.

IP addresses can change, but some people may have "static" IP's. You may be able to use some of the IP lookup tools here : http://www.dnsstuff.com/ to see if they both use the same ISP (which might be a clue to if they are the same person).

thanx Ian will try that I'm positive its the same person,ones being all nice the others an annoying twerp.

think they are both tfrom the same place nearly identical when i checked them both ,thanx ian.
