Ip address conflict

I have 5 computers xp pro, hp networked printer, replay tv, 3 linksys router
and 3 access points all on a home system. I am constantly recieving ip
address conflict error, but I can't find it. Is there any way that I can
check all of the IP addresses on the system at one time. I have done them one
at a time and I do not find a conflict. I have manually configured replay tv
and the hp printer with static addresses at 150 and 160 range. I do not know
if by going through a router to a switch and then through another switch the
computers do not see each other and then are automatically assigned the same
address. ?????????????

A good place to start is:

from a win xp system, open a command prompt and type
nbtstat -A 192.168.1.x

the -A must be in caps
substitute the IP address above for the conflicted ones.

The result will show the name table of the responding PC or device.
Hopefully its a PC that you can then change. Routers & access points usually
respond with "host not found." PC's & most HP printers with JetDirect cards
will show their internal NetBIOS name tables. From there you can find the
computer/printer name.
