I have C level exec who is having trouble with outlook 2003. If you set him
up for a meeting he never gets the email to Accept or Decline. It
automatically goes to his calendar as tentative. He never knows he has
anything. Anyone run into something similar?

He's the only one having this issue that I know of. The back end is Exchange
2003 SP2

It's a long shot but see if they've got anything set here in Outlook: Tools
menu > Options > Calendar > Resource Scheduling

Try this: Tools | Options | Email Options | Tracking Options >> Uncheck the box for "Process requests and responses on arrival."

Thanks sue and Vince! you didn't get it right but you put me on the right
trail. Turns out that someone had checked off the box on the
tools|options|delegates

that reads "send all my meeting requests to my delegates and not to me."

thanks again for the help.
