Invite time changes after sent

When sending a meeting invite from work to home calendar, the meeting time is
often (but not always) off by 1 hour in recipient's calendar.

Example: I schedule a meeting from 4-6pm, send myself an invite at home as a
reminder, and on my home computer the invite is scheduled as 3-5pm.

Can't figure out why this is happening. Also happens between our home
computer and my husband's work.

The most likely cause is that one of the two computers has either the
Windows or the Outlook Calendar time zone or daylight saving time zetting
misconfigured.
