Invite responses

Outlook 2003 - My boss wants to send invites from himself, but wants the
responses to come only to me, not him. How can we do this?
 
If your boss goes to Tools || Delegates || Add (you) || sets the required
permission(s) then OK || on the next screen their is a checkbox at the
bottom that says "Send meeting requests and responses to my delegates, not
to me". Note this is only available on Editor or Author permission level.
