Invite more than one Participant (Meeting )

i want to ask , please can we use the feature of invite particiant (meeting
request )
if these participant not the in the same company , they are using outlook
server
, Can we make Meeting invitation and see other time free using this feature??

You can invite anyone you want. I don't see how you'd be able to see their
Free/Busy time, however.
