"Invisible" Folders & Files

Certain uploaded folders and files that appear in my "local web site" box in
FrontPage, do not appear in the "remote web site" box, and sometimes vice
versa (although they are correctly shown in the Folder list). Any ideas?

Hit the refresh button on each view
- also open each of the sites in FP and Run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks
