I just tried to log on and couldn't. I had to call my msn support and found
out that my password had been changed in my connection settings. What's
going on? How could this have happened? But most importantly, when I try to
change it in my internet options, it won't save the original password and
goes back to a much longer password and I have no idea what it is. Does
anyone know of something like this happening or can someone in the
MSN/Microsoft camp help me? I think Microsoft has become way too big to be
able to help anyone anymore, or should I say everyone who owns a PC that
runs Windows?

Thierry;
After you change it back, have you tried it?
Do not assume the larger # of character means the password has changed.
That is simply a security feature masking the total # of characters.
