Invalid Pagfe Fault

When starting Outlook 2000 I receive the following message:
OUTLOOK caused an invalid page fault in
module OUTLLIB.DLL at 017f:3a61f688.

I have replaced the memory and the .pst file. I have
repaired,uninstalled, and reinstalled Office. I have also
received the message under safe mode. My OS is 98. If
anyone has received this mesage and found a corrupted file
please give me some assistance.
