Cannot open Email!

Outlook launches okay, but when I try to open an email I
receive an error message "OUTLOOK caused an invalid page
fault in module OUTLLIB.DLL at 017f:3a51b026".I tried
uninstalling OFFICE 2000 and reinstalling it, but have the
same problem.
I upgraded to Outlook 2002 and I am receiving the same
message. I ran scanpst on my pst file and found no
problems.
Can someone please help me?
