Invalid page fault

When I start up Outlook a message displays this program
has performed an Illegal Operation. Further explanation
describes " Outlook caused an invalid page fault in
clthood.dll @0197:61c05319".

Just started doing this. When I try to reinstall Outlook,
I get a message Unable to run setup.

Any suggestions?

Are you sure that the name of the file is correct ? Is it clthood.dll ???
Please verify ..
