invalid page fault

I'm using windows 98 Pentium 4.
I am subscribed to BIGFIX and received the following message when I tried to
download a patch
259728USA8 caused an invalid page fault in Module User.exe@0001:00000f5b

Does anyone know what the above is.

I don't know what that is. Why don't you try reinstalling BigFix?
