Invalid page fault

I keep getting the error message "Explorer caused an
invalid page fault in module LSMJRZ.DLL at 017f:02d3fc05"
does anyone have any suggestions for a fix? Thanks.

LSMJRZ.DLL does not appear to be a Microsoft file. If you can't determine
where it cane from, See
