invalid fauls message

I keep getting an invalid fault message every time I
launch my browser. The message reads " NE caused invalid
fault in module NE.exe at 017f:00411026." Can anyone
explain why and how I can cure this problem?

Probable cause this parasite.
Network Essentials http://www.doxdesk.com/parasite/NetworkEssentials.html
They also use Files: Ne.dll, ME1.DLL, ME2.DLL Folders: VN', where N
is a ( 8 or 11 random number )..
