invalid page fault

I can log into website "X" and manuver around OK. When I try to get my email
from within this website, I get the following message.

invalid page fault mod ? kernal 32.dll @ 018f:bff87f03 . And it won't let
me get my mail..? It used to work OK, then just stopped working. I can still
use a laptop from the same location and get in OK......

Hi,

The only problem which I see over here is that when you try to open the
email by clicking on the link it says invalid page fault
It seems to me that when you try to open the link , the website try to
install an activex control or any third party tool
Please call microsoft for assistance to diagnose the issue
