Invalid page fault in Iexplore

Have had IE 6 for a while. As of 1/26, ended up getting
Iexplore illegal opperation. Click on details and get
invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL. Uninstalled IE6
SPI and Internet tools and was able to regain IE5. tried
to reinstall IE 6 and then when system rebooted, got same
message for IE 6 and neww error message for OE6 stating
that MSOE.DLL could not be loaded. have now uninstalled
again. Went back for updates and got error number
0x800B0004. tried to do what was instructed but did not
work. wnat to get IE6 and OE6 back without problems.
PLEASE HELP ASAP!!
