"Invalid boot ini file" message

I am using WIN XP corp.and I have two problems

When I boot up the computer I get the message "Invalid boot ini file"
"Booting from C: Windows"

I would be please if any one could advice me how to solve this problem.

An other problem is that my computer sometimes just reboot, I suspected the
HD and changed the Drive but no difference

Could the two problems be linked together?

The invalid boot ini I have fixed it via a such with Google.

The some times rebooting is still there, I noticed it often happens when the
win media player is in action.

Is it software or the mother board

Any advice??
