Invalid BackWeb application id

Using Windows XP/ Home Edition on a H-P Model 754N
computer, whenever I reboot, three times during the start-
up process, I get the following message:

Invalid BackWeb application id "137903"

The only option is to click "OK". When I do, the process
continues, and I can find no problems once the start-up
process is complete. Obviously, this is not a big
problem, but it is a nuisance. Can anyone tell me what
this message means, and how to fix it?

Hi,

Backweb is an application installed on many OEM machines (Compaq, HP). They
use it for support issues. Disable it by going to the startup tab of
msconfig (click start/run, enter "msconfig" and click ok).
