IntExp 6 crashes after I installed new main board

Had a prb with my old main board, put in a new Asus
P4P800 board with a Celeron CPU. Everything is fine
EXCEPT Internet Explorer 6 crashes with the following:
AppName: iexplore.exe
AppVers: 6.0.2800.1106
ModName: winshow.dll
ModVers: 1.0.0.8
Offset: 00096fe

I had to re-install my Windows XP Home Edition Ver. 2002
Service Pack 1 system after I installed the new main
board. I checked MS site for updates and I have
downloaded the newest version of Int. Explorer. No help.
I wonder if it has something to do with the new board or
my re-installation of XP?
