intervideo windvd4

my mfc application has encountered a problem,(c:\DOCUME~1
\Elle\LOCALS`1\Temp\WER7B.tmp.dir00\appcompat.txt)and I
cannot play my dvd movies on intervideo windvd4 but it
allows me to play my music. please help
