DVD Navigator Not Found

Here's what I've got:

Sony PCV-RS620G
Windows XP Home - SP2
3.0 gHz P4 HT Technology
1 gB RAM
160 gB HD
InterVideo WinDVD for Sony (Pre Packaged)

Have have no problems playing DVDs on either the DVD ROM drive or the DVD RW
drive since I got the PC. When I played 'Star Wars' in requested to
download/install InterAction Video and I did - No problems, until yesterday...

Got a message 'DVD Navigator' not found. Checked InterVideo's site and the
said something about NetMeeting still running (I've never used it) but when
throught their steps to make sure it was shutdown - no change in problem.

Did a live support session with Sony - used Restore Wizard to reinstall
InterVideo for Sony - guess what? It didn't fix the problem either.

Someone PLEASE help me!!!!
