Intersheet reference

I am using a cell in another sheet in a formula, however the formula does not
update when the cell chages its value.
Is this a normal behavior of Excel ? Is there a way to update automatically ?

check 'Tools - Options - Calculate'. Automatic calculation should be enabled
 
First try:
Tools | Options | Calculation. Make sure Calculation is set to Automatic.
