when i my internet xplorer there are r like permanant cookies i erase files
and temp interent sites there r still some up there when i press like say
www.s and the thing says a site that i dont want htere how do i get rid of
those

That is part of the auto-complete function of Ineternet Explorer. Click on
Tools, Internet Options, Content tab, and Auto Complete. You can click on
Clear Forms and that should erase all previously saved web addresses in your
address bar. The problem is that it will erase everything else saved in
forms that you have previously filled out such as name, email address, etc.
for a site you frequent.
