Does anyone know where I can get some freeware software to Monitor Internet
Usage, I need to monitor the amout of MB's downloaded per month.

Your ISP does that for you, contact them for details.
They may have a freeware tool available.

what about work examiner internet usage monitor program? shows pretty cool reports on employees web usage..
