I am trying to change the Internet Time settings on all my PC.
Is there a registry hack to enable/disable/change the Internet Time Setting?

How do you mean "Internet" time?
 
Change it to what? Internet Time settings are synchronized while on the Net.
You can change your Time Zone.

This is fine if you have a couple of machines to update, not hundreds ...
This is why I was looking for a registry hack I could push at login time.

Found it:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\w32time\Parameters]
"Type"="NoSync"
