My Wireless Connection will say excellent with a great speed, but if I do not
touch the computer for about 15 minutes, my connection says the same thing,
but does not work. I changed my monitor options to where it does not turn off
after no activity to see if it might work. I also try and repair the
connection and the computer freezes. It says something about my wireless
internet adapter, which came installed when i bought the computer. How can
something be wrong with it if it works on a regular basis besides when i dont
touch the computer?

Im totally stumped because if its the screen saver, why have all my other
computers stayed online when the screen saver turns on? I know it is not the
connection because my roommates connection stays continuously connected.

During a normal day, if im on the computer, sometimes it disconnects, but i
just repair the connection and it works.

And suggestions of what I am not thinking of would be great! My computer is
a Toshiba, satellite A105 windows XP

Try to Turn the option for " Let the computer turn OFF this device for power
saving" in Device Manager for the Wireless adapter and see if that will help
maintain the connection.
HTH.
Let us know.
