internet sites too small and hard to read

Every thing on the internet sites is too small and very
hard to read. What can I do?

hold ctrl button and use mousewheel to change size or goto
internet explorer/view/text size and make it bigger

Go into IE's View menu and change the Text size.

Somewhat related: You might consider checking your resolution to see
if 800x600 works better for you. Right-click the desktop, properties,
settings. Apply and okay your way out.
