Internet Shortcuts on Desktop

I have a problem with Internet Shortcuts appearing on my desktop
A few of the Internet sites I must have visited recently automatically created Internet Shortcuts onto my desktop. Even when I delete these shortcuts, they reappear when I restart my computer. How do I get rid of these shortcuts

eliminate the spy ware on your system.
